**Subscription and Refund Policy** Last updated 6 November 2026 This policy applies to Eono AI purchases from Prototipo FZE LLC, BLA-BC6-546 - Ajman Boulevard Commercial, Ajman, UAE. For help with an Eono charge, cancellation or refund, email <support@eono.ai>. The terms of an existing order are those accepted for that purchase, subject to applicable law. ## 1. What you buy Eono offers free access with limits, paid workspace plans, separately billed agents and one-time token packs. Buying Pro or Max does not by itself buy CancelMate. Buying CancelMate does not change a subscription with any merchant it finds in your mailbox. If you hold more than one recurring plan, each has its own price, billing dates and cancellation. The standard USD offers in the Eono app are listed below. Each three- or six-month figure is the total for the entire period, charged at the start of that period. Pro: the monthly introductory offer costs $0.99 for the first 7 days, then $29.99 per month until cancelled. Pro also has plans at $59.99 every 3 months or $109.99 every 6 months. Max: $129.99 per month, $349.99 every 3 months or $629.99 every 6 months. CancelMate: $12.99 per month, $39.99 every 3 months or $69.99 every 6 months. The selected agent plan renews separately from a workspace plan. Token packs: $5, $10 or $25 for a one-time addition to your usage balance. Buying a pack does not start a recurring charge. Purchased top-up tokens do not expire. A pack adds usage and does not by itself activate a paid agent. Other sales channels, older plans, promotions, currencies and applicable taxes can change the amount due. Review the amount due now, any introductory period, the next charge, the renewal interval and any conditions on the selected purchase. The USD example above does not change an existing subscription. A monthly equivalent shown for a multi-month plan is a comparison figure. ## 2. Payment, trials and usage When you confirm a recurring purchase, you authorize the initial payment and subsequent charges for that plan until cancelled. A paid introduction is a charge for the introductory period. For the $0.99 Pro offer, cancel during the introduction before the first monthly charge to avoid the $29.99 renewal. A free tier does not by itself authorize billing. If you select a purchase action that identifies a saved payment method, it can charge that method immediately. If a distinct offer provides for a verification payment, a shorter paid period after a declined payment or a separately renewing item, the amount, period, trigger and renewal terms of that option must be disclosed for that offer. A general acceptance of this policy does not authorize an undisclosed alternative charge. Later price changes are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Plans provide usage allowances. Model responses, media, voice, web tools and agent work may consume different amounts. Your wallet shows available usage and activity. Interactive CancelMate work can draw first on agent usage and then on available general usage or purchased packs. An enabled follow-up can prepare a draft while you are away and use the agent allowance. A turn started when you open a merchant reply can also consume usage. A prepared draft still needs your action to send it. Using an allowance does not itself authorize a new token-pack purchase. ## 3. Stop an Eono renewal In Eono, open Wallet, then [Manage subscriptions](https://eono.ai/wallet/subscriptions). Select the specific subscription, choose Cancel subscription and complete the confirmation. Check its status and access end date. For a manageable web subscription, a confirmed cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. If the purchase is missing, the control is unavailable or no confirmation appears, email <support@eono.ai> with the account email and the plan or order reference. Do not send full card details. For a support-assisted cancellation, please write at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal so there is time to process it. Use any available self-service cancellation before renewal. This timing does not limit mandatory rights. For an App Store, Google Play or reseller purchase, use the cancellation channel identified on the receipt or in the store’s subscription settings. Disconnecting a mailbox, deleting an agent’s records, uninstalling Eono or deleting a payment method is separate from cancelling a subscription. To stop all Eono renewals, check each active plan. To end a subscription with another merchant, follow that merchant’s procedure and check its confirmation. ## 4. Refunds, bundles and withdrawal For purchases made directly from Eono, our 14-day money-back guarantee allows you to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Write to <support@eono.ai> with the account email, purchase date and plan or order reference. Where an Eono bundle was sold as a one-time purchase, it does not renew and a refund under this guarantee covers the whole bundle. A subscription bundle renews according to its offer. Outside the guarantee, we may consider a partial refund or an extension case by case. Stopping a renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. A refund request about an Eono purchase goes to Eono. A request drafted by CancelMate about a third-party subscription goes to that merchant, which decides it under its terms and applicable law. If a store or reseller billed you, use its refund procedure. Contact us if you need help identifying who billed you. The guarantee is additional to statutory remedies. If a right of withdrawal applies, you may tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, identifying the purchase, at <support@eono.ai> or by post to the address above. Mandatory rights and any applicable statutory procedure, deadlines and remedies take precedence. Contact support about a disputed Eono charge. Nothing in this policy prevents you from raising a legitimate payment dispute or using a remedy available by law.
