**Terms of Use** Last updated 6 November 2026 These terms govern use of Eono AI at eono.ai and its related apps, workspace and agent services. Access to Eono Use Eono only if you are eligible under applicable law. You must be at least 18, have reached the minimum age at which applicable law permits you to use the service independently, or have verified parent or guardian consent where the law permits its use on that basis. Do not connect someone else’s account or accept a charge on their behalf unless you are authorized to do so. You can explore guest features where available. Sign-in, a suitable plan and an available usage allowance may be required for saved work, a particular model, paid tools or an agent. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in codes and connected devices, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Model and feature availability may vary by plan, platform and account. ## 2. Chats, files, agents and results Eono Assistant can answer questions, use relevant chat and workspace context, consult available web sources and process files. Depending on availability, you can select a model, generate images, transcribe audio, organize projects, use saved knowledge or configure an agent with instructions, skills and tools. Use only files, images, recordings, mailbox connections and other materials you have authority to provide. You keep the rights you have in your content. You grant Eono and its service providers permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including obtaining results from the relevant model or tool. If you deliberately share material, consider who will receive it. Any feedback you choose to give us about Eono may be used to improve the service. Submitting a document or chat does not transfer ownership of it to Eono. Before recording another person or submitting a recording, tell participants what will be recorded, why it will be processed by AI and who will receive it. Obtain any permission the law requires from those affected. Use only recordings you are authorized to send to the service. A microphone permission on your device does not establish another speaker’s consent. Do not use Eono for covert recording, unauthorized voice imitation or impersonation. Check a transcript against the original before relying on what someone said. AI-generated answers, extracted amounts and dates, source citations, suggested recipients and drafts may contain errors. Outputs can resemble material generated for others. Review a result and check the original source before relying on it, particularly before sending a message, changing a document or acting on a renewal date. Eono provides general assistance and does not provide professional legal, financial or medical advice. A connected desktop document feature, when made available to you, can use Eono to reason about documents and ask the desktop app to carry out actions. Check the selected document, proposed change and any requested device approval before proceeding. Document content or tool results can be transmitted to Eono as described in the Privacy Policy. ## 3. CancelMate and third-party merchants CancelMate is an optional, separately subscribed agent. You can authorize a supported mailbox connection so it can search receipts, identify recurring payments and track relevant merchant conversations. It can flag possible duplicates, price increases and upcoming renewals. Verify each finding against the receipt or your account with the merchant. A result may be incomplete or incorrect. CancelMate can prepare cancellation and refund requests. With the required sending permission, review and edit the recipient and message and press Send to send that draft from your connected address. The model cannot send a message on its own. You can also use your own email service or the merchant’s cancellation process. Sending a request does not mean the merchant has cancelled a plan or approved a refund. Check the merchant’s written confirmation and use its direct or store cancellation channel if a deadline is approaching. While the feature is enabled, the agent can check new mail and replies and prepare follow-up drafts in the background. This can use your agent allowance. Opening a reply may also start a drafting turn. You can manage notifications and disconnect a mailbox. Removing the mailbox connection, deleting agent data and cancelling the paid agent subscription are separate actions. Permitted use and Eono’s rights We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Eono for the personal purposes covered by your plan. Eono and its licensors retain their rights in the service software, interface, branding and other operator-provided materials. Use of outputs is subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We cannot guarantee that an output is unique or that it qualifies for copyright protection. Do not use Eono to impersonate others, send unsolicited commercial mail, invade privacy, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or abusive content, evade access or billing controls, compromise another account, or interfere with the service. Do not reverse engineer restricted components except to the extent applicable law permits. Comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. Third-party websites and providers have their own terms. You decide whether to open a source link or deal with a merchant. ## 5. Purchases, usage and cancellation Pro and Max subscriptions, CancelMate subscriptions and one-time token packs are distinct purchases. The selected offer determines what you pay now, your usage allowance, the duration, and any subsequent charges. A paid introduction can convert into a recurring plan. An agent subscription can renew separately from an Eono workspace subscription. Model calls, tools and background drafting can consume usage. When usage is exhausted, some operations may stop until eligible usage is available. The Subscription and Refund Policy describes the standard USD offers, how to stop renewal, direct-purchase refunds and the 14-day money-back guarantee. Manage each web subscription in Wallet or write to [support@eono.ai](mailto:support@eono.ai). A direct purchase may be charged immediately to a saved payment method when you select its payment action. An undisclosed alternative charge or a separate purchase requires its own basis for authorization. Your existing accepted offer and any more favorable mandatory rights continue to apply. ## 6. Service changes, restrictions and ending use Service interruptions, maintenance and provider changes can affect access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, material breaches of these terms or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken or a paid service is unavailable. We will give notice of material changes and obtain any consent required by applicable law. Revising this page does not retroactively change an accepted order. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through the account controls or [support@eono.ai](mailto:support@eono.ai). To stop future charges, follow the cancellation procedure for each subscription. Exercising a good-faith billing dispute or a statutory remedy does not by itself waive your rights. ## 7. Responsibility and disputes To the extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or the accuracy of every result. Subject to mandatory law, we exclude indirect and consequential losses and limit our aggregate liability to the lesser of the amount you paid us during your subscription term and US $100. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights concerning defective digital services. Where the law permits, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, violation of another person’s rights or wilful misconduct. The parties will seek an informal resolution for 30 business days where this does not prejudice a deadline or access to urgent relief. For EU and UK residents, the contractual choice is the law of England and Wales and, where enforceable, arbitration in London under LCIA rules before one arbitrator in English. For US residents, the contractual choice is California law and, where enforceable, individual arbitration under the applicable AAA rules. The Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Any agreement to individual proceedings applies only to the extent permitted by law. These choices do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections, access to a court or authority, or rights to collective remedies where those rights cannot be waived.
